In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qr44 website accessible via the domain qr44.onl, including all related subdomains and applications.
• "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered an account and uses qr44 services.

qr44 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, qr44's total liability to any user for any claim related to use of the platform is limited to the actual amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

qr44 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times, and is not responsible for any damage arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond the company's control.
